Correction - Microsoft's Virtual Hard Disk is Free - Just Licensed.

It was brought to my attention that, unlike what I said in this previous post, Microsoft is NOT charging for the use of their Virtual Disk Spec. But they are licensing it. At least that's what it says in this PCWorld article.
